SomaCalm was created by Melissa Stefanski, PhD, LMBT, a clinical hypnotherapist and nervous system support specialist with a background in therapeutic bodywork, stress relief, trauma-informed hypnosis, and mind-body approaches to healing.
After years of working hands-on with people carrying stress in their bodies, Melissa created SomaCalm as a gentler, more accessible way to support the nervous system beyond the treatment room.
